OverDrive launches the first two public library digital collections in Japan

This week Ryugasaki Public Library launched their OverDrive digital collection, becoming the first Japanese public library to do so. Ryugasaki offers their users everything from children’s and young adult literature, graphic novels, manga and nonfiction titles for health and fitness, arts and crafts and much more.
