We know it can be difficult to fit training into your busy schedule. Whether you’re working one-on-one with patrons or students, or doing essential behind the scenes work to build your collections or manage staff, it seems there’s rarely time left over for learning.
Did you know that we offer on-demand recorded modules exploring many of the day-to-day tasks associated with maintaining your digital collection – and that most sessions are less than 20 minutes long? You could spend a lunch or coffee break with us and learn to build or report on your digital collection, understand the user experience, or help your patrons or students with their most common questions.
These staff-specific training sessions are hosted on the OverDrive Resource Center alongside our marketing and outreach materials, collection development tips and information about our products, and are updated frequently to ensure that you have the most current information available. Each module comes with a follow-along PDF packet of slides and includes a clear agenda and, typically, a short step-by-step demonstration of useful techniques.

Register for one of our live, monthly Marketplace or User Experience sessions or any of our live, quarterly special webcasts and chat with our subject matter experts to get your most common questions answered, real-time. If you’re interested but can’t attend the live event, you can sign up for the session anyway and you’ll automatically be emailed a link to the recording and the slides to peruse at your convenience.
