What is Digipalooza?
Digipalooza is OverDrive’s international user group conference. With a unique blend of education, networking and fun, this is a can’t-miss event for anyone that works with digital media in the library!
What is a typical day at Digipalooza like?
Jam packed! Expect a program structured to help your digital library innovate, engage and succeed with tips from leading librarians and the latest updates from Team OverDrive. Mingle with top publishers and libraries of all sizes. Feast on plentiful food and drinks (no worrying about needing to make reservations or spend extra money on meal expenses – we’ve got you covered!) And get ready for a night out in beautiful downtown Cleveland to wrap up the day. We will fill your brain with knowledge, your belly with food and your contact list with new friends.
Should I attend?
Yes! If you are responsible for library collection development, marketing, training, front-line support, electronic resources, or administrative decisions, you can benefit from the programming and networking at Digipalooza.
Where is this happening?
Conference sessions will be held at the Huntington Convention Center of Cleveland and rooms are available at the newly constructed Hilton Cleveland Downtown hotel, conveniently connected to the Convention Center. Make sure to book your room early to take advantage of our discounted room block!
When is it?
Conference check-in begins late afternoon Wednesday, August 2, 2017 and wraps up the afternoon of Friday, August 4, 2017.
How much does it cost?
All conference sessions, special events and meals during conference hours are covered for the low registration rate of $199. (Please note that hotel fees and travel to and from the conference are not included.)
