Many users are granted access to OverDrive Marketplace each day. With their newly assigned login ID, permitted users are empowered with access to reports, the latest news updates, support tickets, OverDrive’s robust content catalog and much more.

We know that having all this information to explore at your fingertips can sometimes make for a difficult journey to navigate. That’s why we are proud to announce that Marketplace users of all abilities will now have a weekly opportunity to take a guided tour. Beginning May 8, OverDrive Trainers will be hosting Live Online “Marketplace Basics” classes for you and your team.

During these brief trainings you’ll learn many Marketplace tips, including:

  • Compatible formats available from OverDrive
  • How to perform a search
  • Marketplace alerts
  • Managing the Support and News tabs

With one staggered session on a rotating day each week, there will definitely be a time slot that fits your schedule. The calendar for the first four trainings is below. You can register for the session that best suits you by visiting our Online Learning Center.

Scheduled Trainings (all times Eastern)

  • Thursday, May 8, 4:00-4:30 p.m.
  • Friday, May 16, 10:00-10:30 a.m.
  • Tuesday, May 27, 2:00-2:30 p.m.
  • Wednesday, June 4, 7:00-7:30 p.m.

Sign up early as classes will fill up quickly, and be sure to spread the word to all of your fellow staff so that they can become a Marketplace expert as well!

    I download audiobook only. I have just purchased a Windows 8 Phone and have a question. I loaded the app want to download to my PC or Laptop and then to my phone. Which format should I use to then transfer?
